The Township of Seguin is seeking a qualified consultant or consulting team to develop a comprehensive Master Plan for the Rosseau Memorial Hall. The Plan will provide direction for the hall’s development based on current and future programming needs. The Plan will provide direction for the redevelopment and enhancement of the facility to achieve long-term viability and to maintain the cultural and historical significance of the hall.
