Service Delivery Review In accordance with the Town’s desire for fiscal responsibility, transparency and ongoing sustainability, Council asks staff of The Corporation of the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake to invite qualified consultants to submit a proposal for the development of a Service Delivery Review, as approved by Council on Report CS-19-017. The completion of this review is being undertaken to respond to the need for greater efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery, improved performance and sustainability to respond to future pressures associated with expected growth.
